Using GIPHY In Responses
In this article, we’ll explore the use of GIPHY in Gnatta to send GIFs to your customers. GIPHY is accessed via the toolkit in the bottom left of your reply box.

When viewing a conversation type that supports GIPHY, you will see the GIF icon in the toolkit as below.
Clicking this will open the GIPHY minipanel. Clicking on the three-dot icon at the top of the panel will allow you to expand it, if you need a little more space to find what you’re looking for. By default, it’ll display the top trending GIFS and a search bar to look for something more specific.
If you didn't mean to open the panel, click the X on the top right to close it.
You're able to search through GIPHY's library using the box at the top. Any results that appear will come up in the grid formatting like above.
Once a GIF has been selected, it’ll be added immediately to your attachments and store itself under the paperclip icon.
GIFs can only be sent with text and only one GIF can be sent at a time.
If necessary, you can Redact or Download the GIF by hovering over it in the interaction timeline.
