Accessing Your Invoices

Where to find your invoices
To see your invoices, you need to go to the Billing page. This is accessed through the Configuration Menu, accessed by clicking on the cog icon in the top right of the screen.
Firstly, go to the Payment History tab on Billing.
Once selected, you will see a page like the one below.
Payment History
On this page, you will see all your invoices listed. The table shows your invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and status.
As well as your subscription invoices, you’ll also be shown invoices where a payment is incurred through using a feature at volume.
You can download your invoices by selecting the three dot menu on the right of the table and exporting.
Once exported your invoice will be broken down for you as in the example below.
