Where to find your subscription details

To update your plan, you need to go to the Billing page. This is accessed on the Configuration Menu, accessed by clicking on the cog icon in the top right of the screen.

Firstly, go to the Your current plan section on Billing. This section shows you: your current tier, billing cycle, next payment date, and your cost per billing cycle.

If you wish to amend your plan, select the Edit plan details button in the top right of the section.

You’ll then see a modal giving you the option to change your subscription plan, number of licenses, and billing cycle.

Once you’re happy and you’ve pressed next, you will then be shown a preview of the selection you have made before you confirm changes.

If you have come to the end of your free first month and you’re updating your plan, you will also be shown how the price change will work for your current billing period in the plan changes section.

Once you select confirm, you will be prompted to accept and update your plan.

Once confirmed, you will then see your updated plan details in the Your current plan section of the billing page.
