Unlocking a User Account
If a user enters their password incorrect 3 times in a row they will lock their account - to regain access, and Admin will need to unlock their user.
As an Admin, navigate to Configuration > Settings > Users and teams > User's name
. Select the three-dot option menu next to their name, and click Unlock.
If Unlock is greyed out and cannot be clicked, the account isn't locked.
The user's account will be immediately unlocked and you can advise they attempt to log in again ensuring they are using the correct password. If they can't remember the password, then the user should follow the Forgot password process on the login screen to reset it.
If your domain is using SSO (Single-Sign On) to control access to Gnatta, then password management will be centralised with their work email address/account.
