Unlocking a User Account

If a user enters their password incorrect 3 times in a row they will lock their account, only Admins can unlock it.

 As an Admin, go to Configuration.

This is Advanced Config, if you land here you’ll need to select Settings at the bottom.

This is Simple Config, from here go to Users and Teams

Search for the locked user and open their account.

 Click the 3 dot menu next to the users name and choose Unlock. If it’s greyed out and cannot be clicked, their account isn’t locked.

The users account is immediately unlocked and you can advise they attempt to log in again ensuring they are using the correct password. If they cant remember it they can choose Forgotten your password? on the login screen to reset.
