Using AI Assistant

This article will explore use of Gnatta’s AI Assistant, which includes a selection of AI tools available via the interactions radar for your agents. The purpose of this tool is primarily to support advisors as they handle customer interactions, improving the efficiency and quality of their responses.

By using the AI Assistant in Gnatta, you are agreeing to abide by our AI usage policy. Please check the policy in full here: AI Usage Policy - Gnatta. Harmful usage of the AI may result in suspension of the tool.

Please be aware this functionality uses Chat GPT (GPT-4) to generate responses. While it is highly capable, there are still some limitations to be aware of:

  • It may occasionally generate incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Although safety measures have improved, there is a small chance it may produce content that could be biased or potentially harmful.

Please ensure users review and verify content before sending on to customers.

How to use AI Assistant

First, navigate to an interaction in your domain. Once you’ve loaded the interaction, select the ChatGPT logo located in the toolkit (bottom left) of your reply box.

This will open the AI Assistant window on the right your screen. The quick actions at the top will commence a chat with the AI.

Use the quick action prompts to get started

There are two quick actions - Summarise conversation and Help me write a response.

  • Selecting Summarise conversation will summarise the last 20 messages of the conversation and any text data fields.

  • Selection Help me write a response will suggest a response back to the query based on the last 20 messages of the conversation and any text data fields.

Note that non-text fields will not be analysed.

Alternatively you can ask the AI Assistant a custom question using the input box at the bottom of the window. Examples might include:

  • Translating a message into a different language

  • Rewriting a draft with a different tone of voice

  • Spelling and grammar checking a drafted response

Once you’ve selected an option or inputted your own question, the conversation will begin with AI Assistant. For each AI Assistant response, you have the options to add them as a note to the interaction or to copy the response to your clipboard.

You can then continue to chat with the AI in order to satisfy any further needs - such as improving the tone of voice, or adding a particular piece of information.

If you wish to start a new query and clear the chat, just select the reset button in the bottom left of the window:
