Welcome Screen Settings

For Facebook or Instagram accounts, you can enable a Welcome message and a Get started button. These will display when a customer starts a chat with your Facebook page, and are very useful in controlling your automated (chatbot) journeys on these channels.

To enable these settings for your media accounts, you’ll need to navigate to your Advanced account settings: Configuration > Advanced > Accounts > Facebook or Instagram > Your Account Name > Advanced Options
