Getting started
Once you’ve added channels you can return to them to update and manage them. Firstly, click on the cog icon in the top right to access the Configuration Menu, expand the Channels section and locate the channel account you’re making changes to.
Channels contain accounts - for example, each email address you link in Gnatta will be an account, all stored under the ‘Email’ channel.
Managing your channels
If you want to delete your account, use the three dot menu by the account name as below. On this page, you can also see your account health and available streams where relevant.
Every account will contain a number of streams - this is often the inbox and outbox, but can also include a 3rd stream for public messages such as Facebook post comments!
Depending on the channel, there may be additional information available on this screen. For Chat accounts, you’ll be able to edit the widget colours and obtain the code you need to embed the Chat widget onto your website. More on managing your Chat accounts here: Webchat .
