Files

What are Files?

Files is a centralised storage area for all of the assets you’ve uploaded and are using in your flows. Selecting a file will show you which flows it is currently being used on, like this:

You can see the file type, creation date, name and size each time you select one.

For any file that is being used, you can select the to open the flow in the builder.

Tips and Tricks For Files

• If you see more than one flow, that’s showing all the places this file is used in. If you want to remove the file from the flow, use and remove it from the action it’s attached to.

• Use to download the file if you want to see it.
