Custom Links
Custom links are buttons that you can create for your users, to help them quickly navigate to external sites and resources - for example, courier portals, order management systems or Knowledgebase tools. This can serve as a universal ‘bookmark’ tool, so your agents don’t need to save the links themselves.
How to add a custom link
To add a custom link, you’ll need to navigate to Configuration > Advanced > Company Details > Custom links tab
and select + Add
.
Once you select Add you will see the menu below. This is where you provide the URL for your custom link and also an optional image to show in the icon. For more clarity, you can add a title for your link too.
The image is optional. Images must be no more than 24px x 24px. If you do not provide one, the link icon will be set to the default:
Once you’ve saved your custom link, it’ll be added to the Links menu. Allow a few minutes for it to display - or clear your browsing cache!
