View Interactions
In this article, we’ll demonstrate how to dive behind the graphs in your Reports to view the interactions (source data).
This functionality is available on most tiles, excluding Productivity and Contacts-Per-Hour tiles, which are focusing on user data rather than interaction data.
To get started, navigate to Reporting in your navbar and open a report. On your chosen tile, open the 3-dot options menu and select View Interactions. A new tab will open in your browser with a table of all the interactions summarised in the graph.
By selecting the arrows next to the headers in the table you can reorganise your data, or use the tools at the top to Go to Report, Share or Download. You can also navigate directly to an interaction using the Open button on the right.
