Using Search

Data Search

You can use the Search feature to look for interactions based on dynamic data values. These data values could be past or present, and includes hidden data fields. Simply put, if the interaction History contains this data value you can search for it.

Results are returned for exact search matches only, it does not search for partial matches.

To search click this icon   in the top right of the header bar

 Enter your search term and hit the search icon, or press Enter to return results – it will display the interaction id, the date the interaction was created and the data value

If there are a large number of interactions returned, select See All - from here you can also apply date filters and download the results.

Interaction Search

In the top right of the header bar you’ll find the Interaction Open icon

Searches must be exact, partial IDs will not return results.

Hit Enter to proceed and this will take you directly to the interaction. If an invalid ID is entered you will see this error:
